Helping You Take Charge of Your Life
Your life is fine. More or less. Still, something is bothering you. You may sense what it is, or you may not. In any event, you are not quite happy with the status quo, and you yearn for change. Sounds familiar? Consider life coaching.
Life coaching is dedicated to helping people gain clarity, set goals, and take the necessary steps to achieve success. If you decide to work with me, we will leverage Alfred Adler’s approach that emphasizes people’s ability to control their lives and their choices.
Together, we will examine what causes your dissatisfaction, and identify practical ways to effect the desired changes, all while taking your personal values and priorities into account. In short, we will work on putting you in the driver’s seat of your destiny.
Improving Your Life Quality
I am often asked to describe what a person can expect from coaching. While I am not prone to exaggerations, my answer is invariably: “A life-changing turn for the better!” You will clearly recognize your goals and map out a way to achieve them. You will become aware of your current behaviour and the mental blocks that are holding you back. You will increase your personal efficiency, and develop courage, confidence, and optimism. You will achieve proven results in the specific areas we addressed. And you will notice a positive impact on other aspects of your life, including your relationships, your career, and you overall life quality.

Concise, Collaborative Process
The coaching process itself is usually very short and focused.
On average, I schedule 12 hourly sessions with my clients.
During these sessions, we first define expectations and identify both your strengths and your potential weaknesses. Then we explore your values and your vision clarifying your expectations for life in general, and for the coaching process in particular. Together we then delve deeper into your thoughts and actions to examine your objectives, opinions, and patterns of behaviour. All this will help us identify not only the right way for you to achieve your goals but also the concrete steps you need to take in order to progress towards that goal.
